Families and Women

Our family and women’s health and wellbeing programmes cover a range of topics to help support the mental and physical wellbeing of women and their families.

This includes immune support, nutrition for children, dealing with stress and anxiety as a family and self-care.

The sessions are delivered by a qualified Nutrition Therapist, (registered under British Association of Nutritional Therapists) a qualified family practitioner and a licensed Neuro Linguistic practitioner.
