The Handsworth Park Simmerdown Festival is a high watermark in for the community and in this dazzilingly hot summer, come and see famous West Indian chef Lorenzo Richards cook Ackee and Salt Fish, come and sample and take away some free recipe cards and cuttings for yourself.
