Ghana was our first event for the Cook the Commonwealth series of summer events during the games at the brilliant local community hub of Nechells Pod. 250 people from the local community enjoyed four hours of West African drummers, our superb chef Maud, our smoothie bike, our free healthy puddings and over 500 give-aways of our herbs, spices and recipes.

We left Nechells with a gift of raised herb beds which will keep loads of adults and kids growing their own herbs for years! We were featured on Midlands Today a clip of which is here.
