Children & Youth

The children’s health and wellbeing programmes cover a range of topics to help support the mental and physical wellbeing of our children and youth.

This includes immune support, nutrition for children’s health conditions including eczema, asthma and constipation, dealing with stress and anxiety as a family and nutrition for children.

The sessions are delivered by a qualified Nutrition Therapist, (registered under British Association of Nutritional Therapists) a qualified family practitioner and a licensed Neuro Linguistic practitioner.


Module 1

We cover the importance of balancing sugar levels to improve concentration and mood, essential fatty acids for brain development, important Vitamins and minerals for children, and foods that contain these. We also discuss how allergens and food intolerances affect our children and healthier food swaps.

Module 2

We cover the importance of sleep and exercise and how this affects your child. We provide you with the tools to manage your child’s sleep.

Module 3

Most parents want to see their children thrive and eat a well-balanced diet. In this module, a registered Nutritional Therapist will run through some delicious, nutrient-dense recipes specifically for our children to enjoy. We may even have to hide some of the vegetables for those fussy eaters. This module is extremely popular with parents.
